Future Insight e.V. is a non-profit organization, registered under VR 84647 in the German register of associations, that benefits the general public and is open to the general public.

Our Principles

  1. We promote scientific progress for the benefit of humanity.
  2. We follow and advocate for clear ethical behaviors treating others with compassion and respect,
     mindful of their wishes and well-being.
  3. We keep in mind the inherent limitations of human endeavors including science, respect the believe in a spiritual principle in the universe, and strive for a deeper understanding and connection.
  4. We encourage the creation and application of new technologies to help shape a better world for all.
  5. We connect people of all nations and beliefs to create a bright and peaceful future together.
  6. We respect and advocate for universal human rights as formulated in the UDHR December 10th, 1948.
  7. We believe in equality of opportunity for all and in the principle of meritocracy, aiming at the realization of the full human potential.
  8. We advocate for future generations, the protection of children, investments in educational opportunities, preservation of the natural environment, ensuring a thriving future now and for generations to come.
  9. We believe in the settlement of space, allowing humanity to one day transcend the limitations of the Earth.
  10. We acknowledge the potential emergence or existence of sentience in non-human, extraterrestrial, non-organic, and other alternative entities. Should such forms of consciousness emerge or be recognized, we commit to extending appropriate moral consideration and ethical care in our interactions with them, while safeguarding human dignity.

We oppose

  1. Ideologies that ignore or suppress scientific findings.
  2. All violations of human rights.
  3. Hedonistic greed that ignores the needs of others and undermines collective well-being.
  4. Discrimination eroding fair merit-based evaluation for everyone.
  5. War, violence, crime and corruption.
  6. Doctrines that do not respect the transcendent dimension of human life and religious wisdom.
  7. Actions destroying the prospects of future generations.
